Rain forces cancellation of Duro Extreme Dirt Track ATVA National Series finale
The AATVA has announced the cancellation of the final round of
the Duro Extreme Dirt Track All-Terrain Vehicle Association National Series. The event was originally set for September 6 in Brownstown, Illinois.
"Unfortunately, the rain and harsh weather from the remnants of Hurricane Gustov have dumped three days of rain on the track," said Bryan Cohn, senior director of AMA Racing. "This track is a tough one to dry out, and the process would take three to four days."
Extreme Dirt Track features ATVs racing on a TT course and requires a dry course.
